Conduct Disorder involves a repetitive and persistent pattern of behaviors in which the basic rights of others, and major age-appropriate societal norms or rules are violated, as manifested by behaviors that include:

Aggression to people and animals

Destruction of property

Deceitfulness or theft

Serious violations of rules

ADHD involves a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity in at least two setting, with symptoms present for at least six months, some of which have been present before age seven. Inattentive Type requires at least six symptoms of inattention, such as:

Lack of attention to details and careless errors

Difficulty sustaining attention in tasks or play

Problems following through on instructions and completing tasks

Being easily distracted by extraneous stimuli

Forgetfulness
-
Losing things
-
Trouble organizing tasks
Hyperactive-Impuslive Type requires at least six symptoms of hyperactivity-impulsivity, such as:

Fidgeting

Problems remaining seated

Excessive running

Difficulty playing quietly

Excessive talking

Blurting out answers

Difficulty waiting turns

Interrupting others
