Carly cultivates a safe, non judgemental space for clients to freely express themselves which she believes facilitates growth, healing, and self-knowledge. She strives to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with each of her clients and upholds a collaborative approach through her compassion, attentiveness, and curiosity. Carly desires to understand a clients’ inner subjective experience and believes therapy begins with meeting them wherever they are on their path. She is committed to supporting a client’s individual needs and working at a pace conducive to healing current and past wounds. She believes that this can ultimately create a way forward for you to embrace your most fulfilled and authentic self.
