Melanie is currently completing a Doctor of Psychology in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School where she also earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her clinical training includes individual therapy in private practice and community mental health settings, children and adolescent crisis counseling, intensive inpatient programs, and evidence-based group therapy for justice-involved people.
