Dr. Stadnik has a wide variety of clinical work experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families of all backgrounds. Her approach to therapy is empathic, accepting, and relational. She utilizes therapy space to identify a client’s unique needs by exploring the client’s past challenges, current difficulties, and works toward assisting the client with removing obstacles that hold them back from living a happy and fulfilling life. Dr. Stadnik is committed to helping clients to access their inner strengths, discover a deeper sense of self, and become better versions of themselves.

Brief Bio

Dr. Stadnik received her graduate-level education from the University of Phoenix and The Chicago School ofProfessional Psychology majoring in marriage and family therapy, with emphasis on child development and Clinical Psychology. In addition to her graduate studies, Dr. Stadnik completed comprehensive schooling at the University of Los Angeles focusing on substance abuse studies and counseling skills. Dr. Stadnik trained at The Chicago School Counseling Center, where she provided individual adult therapy, facilitated parenting groups, and administered psychological testing. She also received extensive training at The Maples Counseling Center where she worked in-depth with children, adults, and families. Her clients present with a variety of issues including, but not limited to life transitions, cultural challenges, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management/burnout, work-life balance, and searching for life’s purpose, passion, and meaning. She works from a psychodynamic framework where she helps clients to navigate life challenges by providing them with a trusting and accepting space where they can discover insights, build life-changing habits, develop new coping skills, and obtain psychological strength to live happier and productive lives.
