Dr. Silvana Good believes that effective therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She is committed to providing a safe and affirming space for those of all identities to explore their inner self. Whether the individual is seeking guidance for current life stressors, or long-standing concerns, Dr. Good takes a collaborative approach to ensure that one’s unique needs are met. Her integrative approach allows one to build appropriate coping skills, while taking time to look deeper and explore unconscious processes. She aims to guide clients towards gaining insight, increasing self-awareness, empowerment and healing.

Brief Bio

Dr. Good is a mental health therapist who earned her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University. She completed her APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at George Mason University’s Counseling and Psychological Services. 

Dr. Good’s first years of training were in community mental health where she exclusively worked with individuals healing from experiences of intimate partner violence. She then transitioned to university mental health where she received training treating a variety of mental health concerns with students of diverse cultural backgrounds and identities. Her most recent experiences include private practice and residential inpatient treatment.
