Approaches to Therapy

Dr. Greene’s goal is to help you to work rewardingly, to play joyfully, and to love freely. She knows you are creative and ingenious, with the ability to persevere and overcome so many of the difficulties and trauma that life threw at you. But occasionally there may be situations that are more challenging, overwhelming, or are outside of your realm of experience and she is there when you need to ask for help, precisely when it seems the hardest thing in the world to do. Each challenge is an opportunity for growth and many of the skills and tools that may have helped you overcome trials earlier in life no longer serve you, and you need to find new ways of functioning in your relationships. Therapy is an effective way to explore many of the thoughts, feelings and ideas you have that may conflict with the expression of your best self. Together she can help identify and process them in order to find clarity and your own inner strength.
