Brief Bio

Larissa received her master’s degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. 

Currently, Larissa works as a Psychometrist at Pacific Psychological Associates where she is responsible for the administration and scoring of psychological, neuropsychological, personality, and academic tests. Her clients present with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, autism spectrum disorders, and a range of developmental, neurological, and personality disorders. 

Prior to entering the mental health field, Larissa worked in a variety of community-based roles within the nonprofit and education industries. Her experiences afforded her the opportunity to work with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds, including the three years she spent working with children and families in Kuwait as an education specialist. Larissa’s diverse professional background lends to her accepting nature and her ability to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each client.
