Sneha is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. She works with individuals, couples, and children, and is especially passionate about helping clients navigate relationships, identity, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.

As an immigrant to the U.S., Sneha brings a deep understanding of the complexities that can come with cultural identity, family expectations, and intergenerational experiences. She is well attuned to working with people of color and immigrant communities, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds. Sneha is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive space where all clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences openly.

Sneha also has prior experience volunteering as a counselor for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, aiding individuals in crisis in real time & striving to reduce stigma around mental health. She collaborates closely with clients to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
