Brief Bio
Willisha holds a Master’s Degree in Infant-Family Practice, MAS, with training in Expressive Arts, and Developmental Individual-difference Relationship-based model (DIRFloortime) from Arizona State University/Resilient Health. She is pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Willisha’s introduction to the mental health field started with Arizona State University’s Obesity Solutions as she joined the clinical team in the research of the quality of life associated with childhood trauma. During this time, Willisha has worked with many different cultures, backgrounds, and ages. She also has worked within corporate companies to support their employees with emotional support and cohesiveness within many groups. This led to her continued research and now work in providing psychotherapy to all ages within Los Angeles.

Willisha came to the mental health field during her bachelor’s final year of her bachelor’s degree, working with ASU Obesity Solutions research to improve the quality of life for adolescent sex-trafficking victims. This led her to begin her work with Easter Seals Blake Foundation for in-home services to Resilient Health, providing psychotherapy and expressive arts therapy.
